One of the highlight events of Louisville summers returns this Saturday as Louisville City FC hosts San Antonio FC on “Fill the Fam Night” at Lynn Family Stadium.
This is the fifth year for Fill the Fam, which has proven successful for LouCity both on and off the field. After 13,611 fans crammed into the stadium last year, the promotion-packed evening returns with gates opening at 6:30 p.m. ahead of an 8 p.m. kickoff.

This year’s Fill the Fam promotions include:
- A Purple-Out: Wear LouCity’s signature color
- Exclusive T-shirt giveaway to the first 2,500 fans
- Happy hour pricing on beer, Pepsi products and Fireball
- A pregame flyby from Bowman Field-based Smoke on Aviation
- Zambelli fireworks on the field during player walkout
- A full postgame fireworks show
- Postgame player meet-and-greet in the stadium’s premium club room
In addition to big crowds — including a stadium-record 14,673 in 2022 — LouCity is 4-0 in prior Fill the Fam Night games.
This year’s matchup carries high stakes. Among the USL Championship’s most-decorated clubs, LouCity and San Antonio have won a combined three league titles and three Players’ Shields. They also met in the 2022 USL Championship Final.
This season, both are contenders for more silverware. San Antonio is near the top of the Western Conference and overall league standings, while LouCity sits fourth in the Eastern Conference standings, on pace to host an opening-round playoff game.
