Louisville City FC’s month on the road continues Saturday at Rhode Island FC, where coach Danny Cruz made two changes to his starting 11 for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
Jansen Wilson and Ray Serrano — both halftime substitutes in last weekend’s draw with Las Vegas Lights FC – are back in the lineup. It’s Wilson on the right wing and Serrano among the front three.
Otherwise, starters remained the same as Damian Las plays in goal behind a back three of Kyle Adams, Arturo Ordóñez and Sean Totsch.
Aiden McFadden will open on the left wing opposite of Wilson in a 5-2-3 formation with Taylor Davila and Elijah Wynder in the midfield.
Adrien Perez, Wilson Harris and Serrano, who scored an equalizing goal in Las Vegas, have forward spots from left to right.
The duo Wilson and Serrano replaced are available off the bench with Jake Morris and Jorge Gonzalez both available as subs.
LouCity-Rhode Island will air locally on WBKI/The CW and ESPN Louisville’s AM 680/FM 105.7 with streaming coverage via ESPN+.
