Coach Danny Cruz will stick to a winning formula when Louisville City FC takes center stage Saturday for a 4 p.m. kickoff against Indy Eleven.
With his LouCity side off to a 3-0 start, Cruz will feature the same lineup for a fourth straight game as Lynn Family Stadium plays host to the USL Championship’s first network-televised game on CBS.
Austin FC loanee Damian Las returns in goal after last weekend recording his second clean sheet in three matches to open the season. The familiar center back trio of Kyle Adams, Arturo Ordóñez and Sean Totsch line up in front of Las from left to right.
Jake Morris, left, and Jansen Wilson, right will once again take up the flanks of the 5-2-3 formation with Taylor Davila and Elijah Wynder in the midfield.
Cruz’s front three are Adrien Perez, Wilson Harris and Ray Serrano.
LouCity will have a trio of new substitute options with defender Aiden McFadden — on Friday announced as a loanee from Atlanta United — available for selection. Midfielder Dylan Mares and forward Tola Showunmi also return to the bench after not dressing last weekend.
City sports the USL Championship’s highest goals scored (9) and fewest goals conceded (1) numbers entering Saturday. Against Indy Eleven, the boys in purple can match the club’s best-ever start with a win going back to the 4-0 beginning to the 2018 season.
