Louisville’s professional soccer clubs will emphasize continued progress for the LGBTQ+ community in conjunction with their upcoming Pride Night games.
Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC have launched a “Love All XI” campaign signifying the concurrence of their 11 players on a soccer pitch and the 11 colors of the Progress Pride Flag.
First circulated in 2018, the Progress Pride Flag includes the traditional pride flag’s six-color rainbow design, plus adds black, brown, light blue and pink stripes in a chevron pattern pointing forward. White space on the left of the flag signifies the headway still to be made.
Co-branded LouCity and Racing “Love All XI” scarves are now on sale along with City’s Pride warmup kits. All proceeds from purchases will benefit a pair of local nonprofits, the Louisville Pride Foundation and Louisville Youth Group.
LouCity hosts Las Vegas Lights FC at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 24, for its Pride Night game. Players will wear the Love All XI warmup tops, and a number of Pride groups will activate throughout Lynn Family Stadium. The first 2,000 fans through the gates will receive a Love All XI rally towel.

Racing Louisville’s Pride Night is set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, as Portland Thorns FC visits. The late summer date will serve as a lead in to the Sept. 9 Louisville Pride Festival, the Louisville Pride Foundation’s annual street fair.
