Week 1 Recap: LouCity nabs three points in NC - Louisville City FC

Louisville City FC opened the USL Championship season on the road with a 1-0 win over North Carolina FC Saturday. A tremendous save by Ben Lundt and a clever goal by Cameron Lancaster won the day for the Boys in Purple.

LouCity has solidified itself as the nation’s premier second-division soccer club since launching less than a decade ago. Back-to-back USL Championship title winners in 2017 and 2018, the boys in purple call home state-of-the-art Lynn Family Stadium.
