
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 18, 2019 – Louisville City Football Club is proud to announce a new, extended partnership with Toyota and its local Kentuckiana Toyota Dealers.
“Toyota has been a crucial partner for soccer in our community as we have grown LouCity into a national brand, and we are extremely excited to continue our new partnership into our new stadium for the 2020 season and beyond,” LouCity President Brad Estes said.
Toyota is a cornerstone partner for Louisville City, appearing on LouCity jerseys on the sleeve in 2019, and sponsoring the Move of the Game in every match last season as LouCity won its third consecutive Eastern Conference Title.
The Kentuckiana Toyota Dealers released the following statement on the renewed partnership: “We are proud to renew and increase our presence with Louisville City FC. The Kentuckiana Totoya Dealers consist of Toyota of Louisville (6514 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258), Oxmoor Toyota (8003 Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY 40222) and Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville (808 E Lewis and Clark Pkwy, Clarksville, IN 47129).
“Toyota is not just a corporate partner for us, we consider Toyota part of the purple family,” LouCity Director of Team Sales Brad Gordon said. “Toyota has stepped up for us time and again, most recently when we needed a way for our equipment manager and gear to get to Pittsburgh. In addition to the team bus, we drove our equipment and staff up to Pittsburgh in a Toyota Sienna.”
The partnership for 2020 will include Toyota’s logo on the back of each LouCity jersey along with in-stadium, TV and media activations including the popular Toyota Move of the Game.
The 2020 season will be LouCity’s first in its new, soccer-specific venue, Lynn Family Stadium. The stadium features seating for 11,700, a capacity of nearly 14,000, 18 luxury suites and two incredible safe-standing areas for fans behind the goals.
