After an unexpectedly long day of travel Friday, Louisville City coach John Hackworth got his team out onto the field at Montclair State University in northern New Jersey for a quick, but intense workout Friday night.
After the training session, Hackworth spoke about his team’s mindset, their focus in practice and some of what he expects to face vs. the New York Red Bulls II on Sunday.
