Louisville City FC Announces TKT & Associates, Inc. as Diversity Consultant for Butchertown Stadium Site Project
Corporation to assist in ensuring the club’s continual commitment to minority businesses and workforces in site phase and construction of development
LOUISVILLE (May 21, 2018) – Louisville City FC has today announced that TKT & Associates, Inc. is the official diversity consultant and workforce project partner for City’s Butchertown stadium development project. Together, the pair is committed to ensuring the availability of contract opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses as well as the makeup of the workforce for the club’s stadium project in the Butchertown neighborhood district, pending the approval of the TIF in May.
In addition, after Louisville City FC’s donations of $125,000 to the Urban League and $25,000 to Youth Build, TKT & Associates, Inc. will collaborate with the Urban League to assist in placing newly trained employees throughout the Louisville metro area.
“LouCity looks forward to positively impacting our community through the relationship we are building with TKT & Associates, Inc. Collectively, we will ensure that those trained with the generous donation from our ownership group will be working not only on our stadium site but on many projects to come throughout our city,” said Brad Estes, Executive VP of Louisville City FC.
TKT & Associates, Inc. will also act as the club’s diversity consultant for regulatory compliance on the TIF project as well as in the construction phase, which is set to begin in June, again pending the approval of the TIF in May.

TKT & Associates, Inc. was selected from a number of proposals to serve as the club’s consultant throughout the development project, which is set to complete in the year 2020.
The consultant will hold its first Diversity & Inclusion outreach event on Tuesday, May 22 from 9:00-11:00 A.M. in the Community Room located at 1535 W. Broadway Street.
