TAMPA (April 17, 2018) – For his efforts against the Richmond Kickers last weekend, Louisville City FC defender Kyle Smith earned a spot on the USL Team of the Week for Week 5.
Smith buried a crucial penalty to bring the “Boys in Purple” level in the second half and was part of a defensive midfield line that, in large part, stifled a number of chances for the visitors on the day.
In addition, midfielder George Davis IV, who scored the winning goal in stoppage time, was named to the TOTW bench.
