Louisville City FC, following a second straight run to the USL’s Eastern Conference Final, on Wednesday opened up season ticket sales to the general public for the 2017 season.
Packages start at $180 for the 16-game USL home slate — a cost of just $11.25 per match at Louisville Slugger Field — and include more than admission. Season ticket holders receive a specially designed team scarf, discounted merchandise from the club’s online and Team Store as well as access to exclusive LouCity events.
Also, season ticket holders are eligible for additional discounted tickets to regular-season events and receive first right to playoff games and exhibitions.
“The continued support from our fans proves the significance of Louisville City FC in the Louisville community,” said club president Amanda Duffy. “It continues to be our highest priority to bring our fans the best experience and operation of any USL team, and it is our season ticket holders who lead the way in setting that standard.”

The cheapest season ticket rate is good for general admission access to the Supporter Zone behind the West goal at Slugger Field. Goal Zone and Bench Zone tickets, positioned on either side of the Supporter Zone, cost $195. Seats can be selected immediately starting Wednesday.
Other LouCity season ticket areas are the Corner Zone ($195) near the East end line, Midfield Premium ($315) offering ideal views of the action, and Upper Club Premium ($480) with access to air-conditioned spaces and more concession areas.
LouCity will open its third year of play in March of 2017, with the full schedule to be released later.
Coach James O’Connor guided the club to the second-best record of 29 teams in the USL last season, with the run including a stretch of 17 straight games unbeaten before a pair of home playoff victories. O’Connor, in the process of piecing together next year’s roster, has said the core of 2016’s team will return for another season.
