Louisville City FC fans will have a place to gather Friday — and cash in on food and drink specials — as the club plays the biggest game of its season so far, a matchup with New York Red Bulls II in Harrison, N.J.
The Boombozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse location at 3939 Shelbyville Road will serve as the official watch party spot for a game between the USL Eastern Conference’s top teams.
With kickoff set for 7 p.m., fans wearing purple are eligible for the following:
- $35 — One New York-style one-topping pizza, order of cheese sticks and chicken wings.
- $20 — One large “Famous Creation” pizza, order of cheese sticks and chicken wings.
- $15 — Spend this much outside of the bundled deals and receive a free appetizer.
- $4 Old Forester and el Jimador drinks, including the “LouCity Rita,” as well as Louisville Flights.
The broadcast of LouCity-New York will stream live on YouTube, with the link available on game day at LouisvilleCityFC.com.
Coach James O’Connor called it a “massive game” for his side, which still has hopes of winning a USL regular-season title but needs a win to remain in contention.
