It’s time to say goodbye to the Kings’ Cup rivalry.
Saturday’s Soccer City radio show, presented by Kentuckiana Toyota Dealers, on Saturday’s edition memorialized the series between Louisville City FC and Saint Louis FC that will see its final regular-season meeting at 8 p.m. in Fenton, Mo.
LouCity president Brad Estes said on the show, “We’re sad to see those guys go, and hopefully we have a nice match tonight to send them off.”
Host Lance McGarvey, joined in the Lynn Family Stadium radio box with Casey Whitfield, also looked ahead to LouCity’s playoff run that will begin after the Oct. 3 regular-season finale.
