2025: In his second season in Louisville, Morris made 10 appearances, including three starts in the regular season. The defender came off the bench in the club’s USL Jägermeister Cup match against Lexington SC to score a brace in second-half stoppage time to rally the club to victory against its in-state rivals.
Last Season: Morris signed with LouCity ahead of the 2024 campaign and made an immediate impact, registering five goals and seven assists in 34 appearances.
Before Louisville City: After making a pair of first team appearances for 2023 MLS champion Columbus Crew in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, Morris spent the back half of the year on loan to the USL Championship’s Loudoun United FC. An outside back known for his left-footed passing, Morris played in 12 Loudoun United games, starting both of the club’s matchups against LouCity.
Morris has also appeared internationally for the United States at the U-19 and U-20 levels. He also played in the Seattle Sounders youth system before a trade to Columbus. Morris spent his collegiate years at Campbell (2020-21) after a stint at Tyler (Texas) Junior College (2018-19). While with the Crew, Morris played alongside his younger brother, Aiden, who started in the team’s MLS Cup win.
