2025: Returned on a USL Academy contract signed in April, allowing Dayes to train with and compete for the first team while maintaining his amateur status. Dayes made ten appearances, including two starts in the regular season.
2024: Signed with LouCity on a USL Academy contract for the first time and made his first team debut July 30 when LouCity hosted German powerhouse Eintracht Frankfurt for an international friendly. Dayes also earned a start September 10 as the boys in purple hosted Mexican side Cancún FC in another exhibition game.
Before Louisville City: The son of the University of Louisville’s Women’s Soccer coach Karen Ferguson-Dayes, Dayes separated himself as a talented multi-sport athlete. In addition to his soccer success, Dayes made St. X’s talented varsity basketball squad as a freshman.
