Louisville City FC coach Danny Cruz will stick to a familiar starting group Saturday while aiming for back-to-back away wins.
LouCity will kick off at 10 p.m. against Oakland Roots SC with just one change from last week’s starting 11, seeing Sam Gleadle replace the injured Jorge Gonzalez along the front three. Gleadle relieved Gonzalez in the first half of City’s victory at Birmingham Legion FC and went on to score the game’s opening goal in an eventual 4-1 win.
The rest of Cruz’s starters remain unchanged, beginning with goalkeeper Damian Las behind a back line of Wes Charpie, Arturo Ordóñez and Sean Totsch.

Cruz will once again roll out the midfield duo of Taylor Davila and Elijah Wynder.
Up top are Ray Serrano and Wilson Harris – who also both scored in the Birmingham game — playing alongside Gleadle.
Saturday’s game will air locally on WBKI/The CW, and fans can listen in via ESPN Louisville’s AM 680/FM 105.7. ESPN+ will provide national streaming coverage.
