With an eye to boosting customer service, community outreach and the game day experience, Louisville City FC’s staff expanded this week to include a number of new additions.
- Brad Gordon, a local marketing expert who held a post with the United States Tennis Association’s Kentucky branch, has joined the club as director of merchandising and game day operations. Recent University of Louisville graduate and former LouCity intern Jared Stilger will run the club’s team store on a day-to-day basis.
- Nikki Bernstein, a former account executive in the ticketing department, has shifted to customer and community relations coordinator. She will oversee outreach as well as LouCity players’ public appearances.
- Eric Schenasi, most recently a member of the Major League Soccer National Sales Center, started as an account executive in LouCity’s ticketing department.
- Kyle Collins, who previously worked with the University of Kentucky’s athletics department, has assumed the role of graphic designer for LouCity.
“First of all, I wish Louisville City fans a happy New Year,” said LouCity Chairman John Neace. “We have added staff with you in mind. We’ve also upgraded our merchandise selection and, in general, listened to supporter feedback during the offseason. As we continue with new player signings and prepare for the preseason, keep that resolution and join our growing list of season ticket holders. Go City!”
